Surf and Turf Combo Box (4 pieces)

2 x 8oz AAA beef tenderloin steaks and 2 x fully cooked 1.25-2lb lobsters.  All frozen.  

Preparing pre-cooked lobsters: Drop frozen lobsters into boiling salted water.  Boil 10-15 mins based on size. Internal temp should reach 165F (74C).
